At Premium Survival Kits & Emergency Kits, we want you to be fully prepared and satisfied with your tactical apparel and gear. If your items do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tactical tags and labels are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned survival gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
